Changes and refunds are aligned with SERNAC. If a product you bought has a fault, you are entitled to a legal guarantee for 3 months.
You can ask for product exchange, free repair or money back. Presenting your ticket, proof of purchase or invoice and the original packaging and all the pieces that make it up.
All returns and exchanges will be authorized once the good condition of the product to be returned has been confirmed. The product must also be unused.
The client must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request the withdrawal at the indicated address, paying the cost of the withdrawal.
The return of money will be within a period of up to 72 hours after the return of the product, to the customer's account.
